Rossina Gitto is the Founder of The Humans of HR and Career Bar by The Humans of HR. She is a Licensed Psychologist specialized in workplace dynamics and holds a Master’s Degree in International Human Resources Management. She is currently pursuing a PhD in HRM and Organizational Behavior, conducting research on psychometric approaches to High-Potential Talent.

A Third Culture Kid, she has lived, studied, and worked across eight countries, learning early that people are both endlessly different and surprisingly alike. That insight sits at the core of her work in People Management, leading global projects for multinational corporations and building new solutions within the entrepreneurial world.

Through The Humans of HR, she writes, edits, and develops technological solutions that close the gap between research and practice.
