Rossina Gitto is the Founder of The Humans of HR and Career Bar by The Humans of HR. A Licensed Psychologist specialized in workplace dynamics, she holds a Master’s Degree in International Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing a PhD in the field. Her research focuses on psychometrics, specifically, on innovation in the assessment and development of High-Potential Talent.
A Third Culture Kid, she has lived, studied, and worked across eight countries spanning Europe, North America, Latin America, and the Middle East — learning early that people are both endlessly different and surprisingly alike. That insight sits at the core of her work in People Management, where she has led global projects for multinational corporations and built her own path within the entrepreneurial world.
Through The Humans of HR, she writes, edits, and develops technological solutions that close the gap between research and practice.
