To subscribe to our services you will be asked to provide information such as your first and last name as well as your email address, and to opt for the service you would like to receive.

You can unsubscribe from our Online Magazine & other emails at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email. The Humans of HR may suspend or terminate your use of a particular Service at any time and for any or no reason in its sole discretion, even if access to, and use of the Service, continues to be allowed to others.

Our Online Magazine also allows guests to post their articles, in a non-remunerated manner, with the benefit of providing exposure for branding purposes of both parties. The submission of an article does not mean your content will get published. All content will need to be reviewed and approved. If your content gets published, The Humans of HR will not assume responsibility for the use of this content on behalf of third parties if the publication gains exposure. We also do not guarantee the extent to which our guest posts will gain exposure. We understand that individuals that choose to participate in guest posting have read these ToU as well as those stated on our Guest Contributor Guidelines (sent via email) and that they are fully aware that targeted advertising might be displayed by their posted content on our Online Magazine. Refund Policy
The Humans of HR only offers full refunds for some provided services (career development programs) if the participant has not yet been a part of our initial sessions. For our online store run by RedBubble, please visit to access specific information on refunds.

The Humans of HR offers an up-front full payment for the services displayed on the Website (programs) through PayPal. We also work with Stripe to process payments. In the event your payment fails, you will not be able to access any of the information or content sold as a part our services.

No Guarantees
The Humans of HR makes NO GUARANTEES about the success that you will get from using our website, reading our articles, taking part in our programs, or using any of our other services & free offers. Even if you have worked with us as client before and obtained certain results, we make no guarantee that successful results will be achieved in further instances.
