Increasing Your Employee Engagement With Gamification

Written by Rossina Gitto, Founder @ The Humans of HR, July 2020

Interested in the Future of Work? I had the amazing opportunity to study International HR Management at the CIFFOP, a training center for HR Professionals from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and also be part of their Future of Work Week 2019, where I was assigned the mission of becoming an expert in gamification and teaching others how it can be applied to HR management. According to a Business News Daily Expert (2020), gamification is the application of game-playing elements to traditional non-game environments and its aim is to encourage engagement.

A white book with a collection of trends was later on created by the University, and inside it you can find an article I wrote dedicated to gamification. In this piece, you can read all about the trend and also access two case studies of how Latvian Airline Air Baltic and French Wine and Spirits Multinational Pernod Ricard are applying gamification in their HR practices.
